Hybrid & Volume Lash Course in Melbourne

Take your lash skills further with our 1-day hybrid and volume eyelash extension course. In one hands-on class at our Chadstone studio, you'll learn to create fluffy, full hybrid and volume sets, from light volume through to mega volume. It's the next step for classic lash artists who want to offer the styles clients are asking for, and charge more for them.

How the Training Works

The class runs for about 5 hours. Every part of the course is explained step by step, with one-on-one demonstrations so you're confident before you start. You'll practise on a mannequin, then complete a set on a live model under full supervision. Framed certificates are awarded at the end of class to students who show quality application on both the mannequin and the live model.

Your model: please bring your own model for the final part of the course, who will need to be with you for about 2 hours. If you don't have anyone, we can arrange one for you with at least 3 days' notice.

What You'll Learn

Volume technique: hybrid, light volume and mega volume extensions, the difference between classic and volume lash trays, lash mapping and styling, weights, curls and thicknesses, step-by-step application, retention and troubleshooting.

Health and safety: the natural lash growth cycle, patch testing and reactions, adhesive safety, hygiene and ergonomics.

Business and marketing: client consultations and aftercare, pricing and time management, building your clientele, branding, and growing your social media.
