If you're new to lashes, we recommend the Professional Kit. You'll have everything you need for your course and your first paying clients, so there's nothing extra to work out or buy. None at all. Classic is the perfect place to start your lash career, and you won't be expected to know anything before you begin. We start with the basics, like the natural lash growth cycle, hygiene and safety, and tweezer technique, then build up step by step to full classic sets.

It's completely normal to find lashing tricky at first, and you're never on your own. Send us photos of your work and we'll give you detailed feedback, with unlimited revisions until you're certified. You can reach us by email, SMS, social media, live chat or phone, and our support continues after your course too. If you'd like hands-on help, you can also add an in-person class at our Chadstone studio at any time.

Yes, but only once you're ready. You'll start by practising on a mannequin head, so you can build your confidence with no pressure. When you feel comfortable, you'll move on to friends or family as live models for your practical work and certificate. Most people are more than happy to volunteer for a free set of lashes!

There's no deadline and no expiry, so you can learn around work, study or family life. Most students work through the core material in 3–7 days and can start taking clients in as little as 10 days. If life gets busy, simply pause and pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.

When you're happy with your work, email us photos of 2–4 completed classic sets. We'll review every set and give you clear, detailed feedback. If something needs tweaking, we'll show you exactly what to work on, with unlimited revisions, until your Certificate of Completion is awarded. There's no pressure and no time limit.

Yes. Online and in-person students learn the same content and receive the same certification. In-person classes simply add face-to-face support from an instructor, so you can choose whichever way of learning suits your life.

Yes. If you'd like extra hands-on help at any stage, you can add an in-person class for $500 per class. Classes run for about 5 hours at our Chadstone studio in Melbourne, with free all-day parking. You'll receive some extra supplies, plus a framed certificate on the day if you complete a full set on a live model.

We recommend it. Many hybrid and volume techniques build on classic application, so classic gives you a strong foundation and makes volume much easier to learn later. If you'd like to learn both now, our Classic, Hybrid & Volume online course covers everything from the beginning.

There's no age restriction, but students under 18 need parental consent. Once you're certified, you can apply for work (depending on your age and state rules), or set up your own lash business by registering an ABN, a business name and insurance.

Choose whatever works best for you: pay in full, split it with Afterpay or Zippay, or pay a deposit to lock in today's price for up to 3 months and pay the rest within that time. Please choose your option carefully, as manuals and kits can't be returned, refunded or exchanged.
