WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping within Australia shipping on Orders over $100.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Standard Shipping - $12
4-10 Business Days
(Up to 20 business days for regional orders)

Express Shipping - $20
1-4 Business Days

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout. Please get in contact prior to ordering to discuss an alternate shipping method for international orders, or if your location does not calculate shipping costs automatically.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If the order is delayed, we will write to you via email or SMS confirming a new delivery date. We will aim to use express shipping where possible to avoid further delays and attempt to make up for lost days in any product, courier, or system delays outside of our control.
