Thank you for shopping at Lash Boss Melbourne. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lash Boss Melb.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order without giving any reason for doing so if your items have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, there can be no cancellations on orders. The deadline for cancelling an Order that has not been shipped is 24 hours from the date and time on which You processed the order of Goods, or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are faulty or missing

The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Courses and training packages are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene, health and safety. It is advised that all courses are bought with a strong understanding of whether this is the right course for you. Please get in contact with our team if you are considering purchasing a course and are unsure of the workload, criteria and industry.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Training and Class Cancellation fees

Due to the limited availability of training sessions and high demand, a strict cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

Notice Period: A minimum of three (3) full business days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled training session. This allows sufficient time to offer the vacated position to another student.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than three (3) business days’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled class, will incur a $500 fee per missed session. This fee is non-negotiable and reflects the cost of holding a place that could have been allocated to another student.

Positions in training programs are limited and often booked months in advance. When a session is unattended or cancelled without adequate notice, a valuable opportunity for another student to participate and progress is lost.

By enrolling, students acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. If you wish for Lash Boss Melbourne to arrange the return, a flat rate of $20 will be charged. You should contact us for the address to send the Goods. Always contact Lash Boss Melbourne prior to sending anything back in attempt for a refund, return or exchange.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Growth Mascara Policy

We at Lash Boss Melbourne are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy for our Boost Growth Mascara subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide before and after photos with dates to prove that the product did not work.

  • The before photo must be taken on the day of the first application of the product, and the after photo must be taken at least 30 days after the first application.

  • The before and after photos must clearly show the customer's face and lashes.

  • The customer must have used the product according to the instructions provided.

  • The customer must submit their refund request within 40 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, please email hello@lashbossmelb.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include your full name, order number, and the before and after photos as attachments. Once your refund request has been received, we will review your claim and respond within 2-4 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. We also reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You or provided digitally.


If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

 

Deposits & Sale Price Guarantee

Deposits may be made to secure a discounted price on a product or lash course. The minimum deposit is $100. Any deposits made are non-refundable. Deposits may be made to secure a course or product price for up to 3-6 months, whichever is specified within the product description. After this period, the sale price guarantee becomes null and void - the remaining amount on the course will need to be paid within 14 days or the deposit is forfeited. You may also redeem a lower price on the product or course if a deposit was made. The sale price guarantee is valid only for the specific course for which the deposit was initially made. Changes to course dates will not affect the sale price guarantee. Changes to different courses will not guarantee the sale price if the sale has ended.


Course Transfers

If you opt to switch your Lash Boss Melbourne course to a different one of our courses, or transfer ownership to another individual or group, a transfer fee of $200 will be applicable for the proper processing of the transfer and enrolment. Please reach out to us directly to initiate the transfer and submit the associated transfer fee. It's essential to complete the transfer fee payment before any modifications can be applied to the enrolment or between the original and new course participants.
