Do I need training to use this kit? Yes. This kit is strictly for professional use and requires lash lift training. Our lash lift courses have no prerequisites, so you can study online or train in person in Chadstone.
Can I return the kit? No. Lash supply kits can't be returned, refunded or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

I had a wand not included, no instructions and going online and on the Instagram page was no help either. I messaged the Instagram page to get instructions got a response pretty fast from another page but never received the instructions or a response after stating she would send them through. I had to wing it and guess the times of leaving the product on using other lash lift kits. It did work however doesn’t last long not as good as I had hoped and to have instructions and the wand that’s a crutial tool for it wouldn’t purchase again
